Carrot / Apple Juice

  • 1 pound carrots.
  • One medium-sized apple (or asian pear).
  • Feed through a juicer, preferably a Norwalk or a Champion juicer, rather than a centrifugal type juicer.
  • Drink within 4 hours.
Makes about 16 ounces.

Drink half and share with your partner, or put half in refrigerator, or a vacuum bottle if you are on the road.

Drink 8 ounces every hour, or better yet, alternate with green juice.
