Our office is located in a Seattle residential area east of Jefferson Park on Beacon Hill on the corner of 25th Ave. S and Andover. Because these streets are one-block long segments, and not continuous with other sections of 25th Ave. S or Andover, we are only accessible from Cheasty Blvd. S.

From I-5

• Take Exit 163A, (South of I-90) which is the W Seattle Br/Columbian Way (at Spokane St.) exit.
• Follow the ramp to Columbian Way (toward the east).
• Go straight through the first stoplight (at Spokane St.)
• About ½ mile later, bear left at the third light.
• Stay on Columbian rather than going straight on 15th Ave.
• Another ½ mile, and turn left at the corner (now a Gull station) onto Beacon Ave.
• Go one block, and turn right onto Cheasty Blvd. S.
  [The Jefferson Golf Course is now to your left, unless you missed Cheasty.]
• One more ½ mile on Cheasty to 25th Ave. S. and turn left.
• Drive one block.
• We are on the southeast corner of Andover and 25th Ave. S.

• Take the #36 bus to Beacon Ave. and Alaska St./Cheasty Blvd. (the same street on opposite sides of Beacon Ave.) This is just past the VA Hospital and Jefferson Park.
• Walk north on Beacon Ave. about ½ mile (equivalent to five city blocks)
• Turn right onto Cheasty Blvd.
• Turn left on to 25th Ave. S., walking one more block to the end of 25th Ave.
• We are the last house on the right.
